As part of the Triad National Security, LLC team at Los Alamos National Laboratory, we deliver high-impact results on critical missions.

Position Summary

In this position, you'll take over leadership of a test readiness integration program for sub-critical experiments for Los Alamos National Laboratory at the Nevada Test Site. Your role is to build and maintain a full-scope schedule that aligns construction, maintenance, operations, and testing efforts. We need your help facilitating data collection, integrating schedules, and providing big picture updates on activities. This is a 12-month, onsite contract role in Mercury, NV at the Nevada Test Site.

Key Duties

  • Lead program-wide coordination and schedule planning
  • Collect and consolidate data across workstreams
  • Develop an integrated master schedule with P6 Scheduler
  • Track construction, maintenance, operations, and support needs
  • Ensure readiness for all test-related resources and documents
  • Monitor progress, risks, and schedule impacts
  • Provide clear updates and status to stakeholders
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment
  • Use a company vehcile to move around the NTS
Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or STEM (this is not an IT, cyber role)
  • 15-20 years' experience managing projects within the weapons space
  • Direct experience with the weapons lifecycle or high-risk programs
  • Skilled in project scheduling (Primavera P6)
  • Current Department of Energy Q of Department of Defense TS clearance
  • An ability to work onsite at the Nevada Test Site 5 days a week
  • Candidates must reside locally; company-paid travel is not supported


Nice-to-Haves

  • MBA, PMP, or ACP credentials
  • Experience with DOE/NNSA or Triad contracts
  • Familiarity with the Nevada Test Site
  • Cross-discipline integration experience
  • Understanding of safety, QA, and procurement processes
