Overview Ready to shape the future of science and global health? ATCC, a leading nonprofit biological resources and standards organization, is seeking an Associate Contracts Specialist to support the administration of contracts and proposals. Seeking someone with administrative experience to support the contract inbox and learn how to triage and organize contract communications internally and externally. Interest in Life science and prior contracts experience preferred but not required. This role involves building strong relationships through the execution, post-award administration, and termination of contracts. This a hybrid role based in Manassas, VA or Gaithersburg, MD. Contract Administration & Compliance: Supports the full lifecycle of agreements ensuring all documentation, certifications, and reporting align with organizational policies. Reviews contracts for conformity and assesses risk to the business. Qualifications
Benefits The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation including regular merit increases and the corporate bonus program. We Invest in You
