Tasks

As a key member of the Legal Department at TUV SUD America Inc., you will provide high-quality administrative and paralegal support to ensure efficient daily operations within a high-volume legal function. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Controlling, supporting a wide range of corporate legal matters.

Your responsibilities include:




  • Supporting daily legal department operations, including contract tracking, organization, and signature processing.



  • Managing vendor form completion and maintaining the Legal Department SharePoint site and template database.



  • Assisting with due diligence, corporate governance, data privacy, insurance, litigation, and discovery requests.



  • Preparing and maintaining corporate filings, officer lists, and board resolutions.



  • Monitoring deadlines, following up on pending matters, and providing standard templates or guidance as needed.



  • Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve department processes and implementing improvements in collaboration with other teams.



  • Managing various legal department projects and special initiatives as assigned.




Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in administrative or legal support.



  • 2+ years of experience supporting a high-volume corporate or legal environment preferred.



  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.



  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact professionally with individuals at all organizational levels.



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



  • Proactive and resourceful with the ability to anticipate the team's needs.



  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SharePoint experience a plus.



  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.

Additional Information

The anticipated hourly range for this full-time position is $25 - $28 per hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
