Role Snapshot The Senior Compliance, Ethics and Privacy Specialist serves as the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)/Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/ Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance Officer and is responsible for managing the OFAC Compliance Program. The Senior Specialist will support all lines of business and perform the functions required by the Compliance program including conducting internal investigations of potential violations of the Code of Conduct, investigating and reporting privacy incidents, developing and presenting training, reviewing conflict of interest surveys, and other compliance program projects and initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating certain external audits for the Health Plan division. Salary Range $75,000 - $95,000 The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Work Location Our first consideration will be to have this new employee live in the state of Wisconsin to take advantage of Hybrid work and collaboration. Employees living within 45 miles of WPS Headquarters (1717 W. Broadway in Madison, WI) will be expected to be able to be able to work Hybrid 2 days a week.
