Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Lead Integrator to drive high-level engineering integration efforts and ensure seamless coordination across government and contractor teams. In this expert-level role, you will work directly with the Government Program Office to align technical activities with strategic objectives, resolve cross-organizational challenges, and optimize resource planning.

Key Responsibilities:

    Partner with the Government Program Office to define, document, and track engineering requirements.

  • Lead and facilitate Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.

  • Support resource planning and coordination to meet mission-critical goals.

  • Synchronize project schedules with strategic milestones and evolving priorities.

  • Prepare and lead key systems engineering reviews, including Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews-providing insights, briefings, and recommendations.

  • Develop and maintain engineering documentation such as plans, reports, forms, and tracking records.

  • Manage change initiatives by identifying resource needs, addressing skill gaps, and adapting to shifting program demands.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to contractor Technical Integrators to ensure a unified and effective integration approach.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
    - OR -

    • 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
      - OR -

    • 2 additional years of experience with a non-STEM degree

Experience:

  • 18+ years of experience in engineering, system design, and analysis of IT or related systems across all lifecycle phases (design, development, analysis, documentation, and standards).

  • 18+ years of experience within the government or industry supporting DoD/IC acquisition processes or the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES).

  • Prior experience on NGA and/or NSG/ASG programs or projects.

  • Prior experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) programs or projects.

Clearance:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility to obtain SCI and successfully pass a polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications

Education & Certifications:

  • Master's degree in a STEM-related field such as Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or MIS.

  • INCOSE Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) certification or equivalent.

Technical Expertise:

  • Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles, tools, and languages.

  • Familiarity with modern Software Development Frameworks.

  • Experience integrating solutions in:

    • Cloud-based environments

    • Structured and unstructured Big Data

    • Automation, Augmentation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI)

  • Strong understanding and application of systems engineering best practices.

Industry Experience:

  • Additional or deeper experience with NGA, NSG/ASG, IC, or DoD projects beyond the minimum required.

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
