Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Intake Representative to join our team. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, growth, and excellent work-life balance. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with strong academic performance and relevant internship experience, particularly within the healthcare or public health fields.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or a related field

• Strong interest in the healthcare field

• Exceptional organizational and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of work quality

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Demonstrated understanding of medical terminology

• Knowledge of Medicaid eligibility systems a plus

• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities:

• Process requests following physician review

• Evaluate documentation language and collaborate with physician reviewers, clinical reviewers, or managers to ensure all information is accurate and complete before sending correspondence to providers

• Obtain clinical information from client systems or contact providers directly when additional details are needed for review

• Maintain accurate and organized records while adhering to established procedures and timelines
