We are looking for a strategic and adaptable Program Manager who excels at managing complexity, connecting strategy to execution, and driving impactful results across multiple cross-functional programs and projects. The Program Manager leads initiatives with interdependencies that are critical to achieving business goals. This role partners with cross-functional teams to define objectives, create program roadmaps, manage risk, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The Program Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning execution with organizational strategy while effectively communicating progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders. You take pride in turning vision into actionable plans that create tangible impact-solving challenges, fostering alignment, and bringing clarity to ambiguity through collaboration and accountability. Pay Range: $109,650 - $146,175 Annually This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
