We're a transformative team that is shaping the way First American builds and delivers world-class technology products that fuel the real estate industry. We are looking for a strategic and adaptable Program Manager who excels at managing complexity, connecting strategy to execution, and driving impactful results across multiple cross-functional programs and projects.

The Program Manager leads initiatives with interdependencies that are critical to achieving business goals. This role partners with cross-functional teams to define objectives, create program roadmaps, manage risk, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The Program Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning execution with organizational strategy while effectively communicating progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders. You take pride in turning vision into actionable plans that create tangible impact-solving challenges, fostering alignment, and bringing clarity to ambiguity through collaboration and accountability.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage multiple programs or projects of moderate to high complexity independently.

  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, roadmaps, scopes, schedules, and governance frameworks.

  • Drive tactical execution while balancing shifting priorities and evolving business needs.

  • Monitor and mitigate program risks, ensuring consistent progress and delivery success.

  • Communicate program status, issues, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership with clarity and impact.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to anticipate challenges, remove barriers, and drive accountability.

  • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.

  • Continuously improve program management practices to enhance consistency and effectiveness across teams.

  • Facilitate alignment across business functions and ensure initiatives deliver tangible business value.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Proven ability to design, develop, and execute large-scale programs with measurable results.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with attention to detail.

  • Skilled communicator with strong facilitation, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to identify issues, assess risks, and solve problems proactively and independently.

  • Proficiency with program management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project.

  • Leadership skills to influence without authority and inspire collaboration across teams.

  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field (preferred).

  • PMP or PgMP certification (preferred).

Pay Range: $109,650 - $146,175 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
