Now Hiring: Manual Loader/Material Handler Location: Plymouth, IN Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:00 PM-11:00 PM Department: Shipping & Receiving Ready to move your career forward-literally? Pregis is looking for a Material Handler who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. If you enjoy staying active, working with your hands, and operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this is the role for you! What You'll Be Doing 60% of your time: You'll be manually picking product from the floor and loading it by hand onto trucks. This is a physically active role-perfect for someone who likes to stay moving and take pride in precision and care. 40% of your time: You'll be operating a forklift to move materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility. Forklift experience is a must, and certification is required on Day 1. Your Day-to-Day Includes: Safely load and unload trucks Handle and move product with care to avoid damage Maintain accurate inventory and shipping documentation Perform quality checks and report defects Keep your workspace clean and organized Support operations across multiple buildings as needed Attend safety meetings and complete required training What You Bring to the Table High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred 3-5 years of forklift experience required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warm, fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus Work Environment Indoors with occasional exposure to moving equipment Temperatures may exceed 90F with high humidity Noise levels may exceed 85dB+ Frequent standing, squatting, and rotating Why Pregis?
