Role and Responsibilities
The Manufacturing Innovation Center (MIC) Manager leads business transformation initiatives in a state-of-the-art "mini factory" environment. In this role, you will collaborate with account teams, customers, and technical experts to translate manufacturing business objectives, performance goals, and technical requirements into actionable solutions powered by the 3DS manufacturing portfolio.

You will play a key role in educating clients, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement, proposing Industry Solution Experiences (ISEs) and Industry Process Experiences (IPEs), delivering demonstrations, and supporting proof-of-value/production pilots. Your leadership will enable clients to achieve their strategic goals and deliver measurable value.

Oversee daily operations of the Manufacturing Innovation Center mini factory.

Engage with executives and transformation leaders to deliver high-quality business transformation strategies.

Act as a change agent by assessing customer business processes and recommending new approaches leveraging 3DS offerings.

Collaborate with internal and external teams to define and execute solution strategies.

Clearly communicate technology direction, trade-offs, and decisions across diverse audiences.

Influence client transformation strategies with strong leadership and advocacy.

Design, guide, and lead technical presentations and product demonstrations.

Conduct fit-gap analysis workshops, document "to-be" processes, and present solutions to achieve revenue targets.

Maintain best-in-class expertise and leverage field activities to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in manufacturing operations (e.g., plant management, quality management).

Hands-on experience in manufacturing business transformation, including transitions from legacy systems to DS or other digital manufacturing platforms.

Strong technical background in software and applications, with the ability to roll up your sleeves and work closely with SMEs.

Experience developing architectures across a broad range of technologies, or contributing to major technology projects.

Skilled in asking the right questions, probing to build robust architectures, and defining multi-year digital roadmaps.

Demonstrated leadership to drive collaboration internally and externally.

Excellent communication skills tailored to both leadership and technical audiences.

Experience leading or contributing to large, complex projects and navigating matrixed organizations.

Ability to build and maintain a strong network of stakeholders across the 3DS ecosystem.

Education & Professional Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing-related field required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of maintenance/manufacturing domain expertise.
  • Note: Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $184K and $210K, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus

Dassault Systemes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience.
