By overseeing global talent management, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development, the team ensures leadership continuity and organizational growth. Through evaluating the effectiveness of these programs, the team drives continuous improvement, equipping all employees with the skills and knowledge necessary to contribute to an inclusive and supportive workplace. Role purpose To lead the overarching strategy and execution of talent management, selection, and development at Save the Children International, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and collaboration with key stakeholders. This role is vital in shaping and implementing effective talent management strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to continually evolve our approach and optimize performance management. By fostering a commitment to our Employee Value Proposition, the Head of Talent Management, Selection, and Development plays a central role in cultivating an inclusive, equitable, and high-performing workforce. The salary ranges listed above are for US based candidates. For candidates located outside of the US, salary ranges will be based on the salary scales of the local employer of record. Actual base salary may vary based on, but not limited to, relevant experience, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location (more information on job structure is available here).
