Every sale, deployment decision and adoption process that our customers do is directly influenced by a demo at some point. Our team works to make that customer interaction a success by providing a demo service that all of Microsoft can leverage for all our Security products. To enable this we're looking for a Technical Product Manager 2 to join our Demo Services team. Specifically, we are looking for a candidate that can keep our operations running smoothly and constantly drive our automation effort forward - all while maintaining the highest levels of security and compliance. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, technical execution, and operational efficiency. You'll be responsible for managing demo tenants, driving automation initiatives, enabling internal users and ensuring our environments are secure, scalable, and easy to use. Responsibilities Design and implement automation workflows to streamline tenant management, demo hydration, demo operations and reduce manual effort.Own the lifecycle of shared demo tenants, including provisioning, configuration, and maintenance.Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to ensure demo environments meet evolving business needs.Monitor usage, performance, and reliability of demo services and proactively address issues.Develop documentation and training materials to support internal users.Stay current on Microsoft Security products and integrate them into demo environments where applicable.Embody our Values and Culture |
