In this role, you will bring key market insights to bear to help WWL craft strategies to upskill the current and future global workforce on AI skills. ResponsibilitiesIn the WWL Compete Futures Strategy role, you will be responsible for the following:Collect and synthesize industry approaches to upskilling business users, higher education students, productivity workers, and non-technical executives on AI.Deeply understand non-technical AI upskilling news, events, industry announcements, social, and academic research from startups, universities, ed tech companies, and technology providers.Create and manage frameworks, benchmarks, and scorecards to compare external skilling offerings, programs, credentialing, and content, including regular reports to leadership and knowledge sharing internally.Collaborate with product teams on userexperienceand technical requirements, anticipating nascent industry trends and future needs.Engage with customers and partners tovalidatehypotheses and gather feedback.Define metrics and performance indicators with data and research.Be a trusted partner to executives and a core part of how WWL sets strategy and builds a culture of rigorous planning and data-driven decision making.OtherEmbody ourCultureandValues. |
