The ideal candidate will be data-driven with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, overall campaign creation and management, event management and logistics, and performance analytics.
Campaign Planning and Execution: Manage and lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across all online and offline channels, including email marketing, webinar marketing, and events. Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals and effectively target key audiences.
Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive integrated campaigns that drive demand and lead generation to support sales pipeline growth. Work cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are aligned with product marketing, sales, and event priorities.
Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Design and execute lead nurturing programs, leveraging email, webinars, content syndication, retargeting strategies, and event follow-ups to move leads through the funnel and convert them into sales-qualified opportunities.
Performance Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Marketo, Strategy, and Salesforce to measure campaign and event performance, track KPIs, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns and events. Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Collaborate with web team, marketing operations, and event teams to conduct ongoing A/B tests on landing pages, email campaigns, and event promotions to improve conversion rates. Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to maximize campaign and event ROI.
Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with product marketing, design, content, web, field marketing, event teams, sales, and external agencies to coordinate and execute campaigns and events that align with broader go-to-market initiatives.
Social Media & Content Strategy: Collaborate with content, video, social media, and event teams to create engaging, relevant content that supports integrated campaigns and drives digital and event engagement. Ensure all content is aligned with campaign and event objectives and messaging.
Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact with external agencies, event vendors, and suppliers, ensuring that campaigns and events are executed to a high standard and meet performance KPIs.
Event Management & Logistics: Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer workshops. Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, promotion, attendee registration, and post-event follow-up to ensure seamless execution and alignment with campaign goals.
Experience: 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and event management, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment. Proven ability to design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and manage events from planning to post-event follow-up.
Integrated Marketing & Event Expertise: Advanced understanding of developing, managing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns and events, including email marketing, nurture and drip programs, webinars, trade shows, and other on/offline strategic initiatives to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive pipeline.
Data-Driven: Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), event management system (CVENT), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign and event data and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Leadership: Ability to lead strategic cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with various teams, including product marketing, sales, event teams, and external agencies. Experience managing vendors, event suppliers, and agency relationships.
