Description Trauma Registrar at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. This position is full time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts Responsible and accountable for accurately abstracting the clinical and demographic data from patient records and coding this data for injury severity and procedures completed. The trauma registrar reviews patient records in a responsible and ethical manner in order to accurately abstract and enter data into the trauma registry. The Registrar also provides statistical reports from the trauma registry as requested. The Trauma Registrar displays the ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
