Overview

Sets up and maintains service stations to ensure that customers are served high quality food. Serves customers in a courteous and friendly manner. Maintains sanitation standards for all dishes and equipment. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation as well as a safe working environment. Supervises service and production to provide the highest quality food and service.

Responsibilities

  • 1. Maintains established standards for all food preparation to provide customers with the best possible product. All recipes and specifications and all food production schedules are followed in order to obtain the quality and quantity needed to provide overall customer satisfaction.
    • 1.1 Ensures that all food is prepared following recipes and standards; with no more than two (2) errors per quarter.
  • 2. Follows established Sanitation Guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
    • 2.1 Maintains 'A CLEAN AS YOU GO' attitude, using prescribed methods as demonstrated by a clean and safe work area; with no more than two (2) errors per quarter.
  • 3. Receives orders from purveyors and main storeroom to ensure proper stocking
    • 3.1 Inventories, orders, inspects and receives bottled juices, waters, snacks, and fruit; replenishes all supplies and maintains dispensers; with no more than four (4) errors per quarter.
  • 4. Ensures that all cash handling procedures are being observed to ensure the best possible customer service and to maintain established cash accounting procedures.
    • 4.1 Ensures that all cash and charge customers sales have been registered and all payments have been obtained; with no more than one () error per week.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or GED preferred. Must be able to follow and transmit oral and written instructions. Must be able to lead others. Must be able to understand and carry out direction.

EXPERIENCE

Three (3) to five (5) years food preparation and cooking experience preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS

Must be able to lead others. Must be able to understand and carry our instructions. Must be able to work with others. Must be able to train others. Must be able to delegate responsibility.
