As a Security Professional - Retail Mall Patrol in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling retail locations to help create a secure environment for customers and staff. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the location, remaining visible and approachable. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with resolution and reporting as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or security-related concerns within the retail environment.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, helping to maintain an orderly flow of people within the location.
• Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and reporting any unusual activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with store management and/or law enforcement as directed during incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
