Summary of Job Description: The Senior Project Designer contributes to design efforts across the CFT real estate development portfolio. This position ensures that design solutions are innovative, cost-effective, and buildable. The Senior Project Designer collaborates with internal development teams, external architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals are met from feasibility through construction completion.As a key liaison between internal teams, architects, consultants, and contractors, this position is responsible for ensuring that design work supports the project's financial, functional, aesthetic, and schedule goals. The Senior Project Designer is also responsible for compiling presentations for design concepts and strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, budget, and timeline. Pay Range: P3: $90,000-$126,500 per year * Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
