About this role

Competitive Pay:This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $23.80/hr. to $27.50/hr., depending on experience and qualifications.

As an Operations Admininstrator - FDF North you will be responsible for completing proper order processing and invoicing along with assisting with the operations for the FDF North Region. You will work with the Regional Operations Manager to ensure business is flowing through the region.

What You'll Do:



  • Perform shipping / invoicing duties for the region, along with all freight reviews including KPI and metric management
  • Review and process customer returns, process credits and corrections as necessary
  • Review, follow up, and assist with resolution of customer orders and disputes
  • Review the direct order report routinely and take appropriate action as needed
  • Review, follow up, and invoice orders at month end

    • Review, approve, and code vendor invoices, process vendor returns, and review, follow up, and correct vendor invoice discrepancies as needed


  • Assist with inventory management duties including reporting on metrics
  • Perform office manager duties
  • Perform duties as assigned by Regional Operations Manager.


What You'll Need:



  • Bachelor's Degree in related area of study (Business Administration, Engineering, etc.) preferred but not required
  • 2+ years' experience in Operations or a related position
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Knowledge of SXe (CSD) preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving capabilities and performing root cause analysis
  • Must have a "can-do" attitude with a commitment to the concept of "doing it right the first time."
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate productively with other associates, customers, and vendors
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, is dependable and highly motivated
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail required
