Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Fabric Cutter to join our team in Holland, MI on 3rd shift.



Schedule is from 10:00pm-6:00am, Sunday-Thursday. OT is from 8:00pm-6:00am, Sunday-Thursday and potential Fridays from 10:00pm-6:00am.



Training schedule is on 1st - 8:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday.



As a Fabric Cutter, you will:



  • Operates assigned production machinery in accordance with company standards to complete customer orders.

Required Qualifications

  • 8th grade education
  • The ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance
  • Ability to lift/move products weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to flex work schedule and overtime may be required including weekends and/or holidays per business demands

Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:

  • Ability to utilize appropriate electronic production system and maintenance management system to complete job duties, along with the respective technology tools, e.g. personal computer (PC), tablet, keyboard, mouse, RF gun.

Essential Functions

  • Accesses electronic production schedule to make sure the right parts are on hand.
  • Verifies parts received against pick tickets for accurate counts, colors, part numbers, and packaging.
  • Verifies proper machine set up according to instructions.
  • Operates machine in a continuous or repetitive manner, focusing on a single product or process.
  • Makes minor machine adjustments.
  • Escalates & documents production nonconformance issues.
  • May use manual material handling equipment.
  • Rotates through department work centers based on business need.
  • Works overtime as needed.
  • Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
