Service Lab and Service Provider Strategy, Staff Product Marketing We are seeking a strategic marketing lead for centralized services who will be the single commercial owner responsible for driving the unified vision and global growth of 10x Genomics' service lab offerings and service providers. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Marketing, you will lead the commercial success and adoption by developing the positioning and strategy for 10x services, expanding the commercial service provider network, and refining the core lab approach across the single cell and spatial portfolios. The ideal candidate is a commercially-minded leader who will define bold, cohesive go-to-market plans, create effective sales enablement programs, and translate customer insights into actionable commercial roadmaps. What you will be doing: Own the Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy collaborate cross-functionally to refine programs and enhance accessibility. Define and Champion a unified internal and external centralized service message, ensuring clear stakeholder alignment. Drive Strategic Marketing for all existing and new 10x service offerings, guiding cross-functional teams to measurable outcomes. Partner with Sales to develop, implement, and optimize the CRO/Service Provider and Core Lab strategies, articulating clear, differentiated value. Design and Deliver high-impact enablement programs focused on customer growth, retention, and advocacy. Synthesize Customer Insights through deep analysis and segmentation, translating them into actionable recommendations for positioning and commercial approach. Set and Track clear, measurable objectives for all programs, regularly communicating performance and key learnings to leadership. Minimum Requirements Experience: Six or more years of experience in the life science field, with demonstrated strategic marketing in life sciences, diagnostics, or complex technology service environments. Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) in a scientific discipline. Commercial Acumen: Strong, comprehensive understanding of service-centric business models, including the dynamics of CRO, service provider, and core lab operations. GTM Expertise: Proven ability to build and execute differentiated positioning and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies at the platform or portfolio level. Insight & Segmentation: Deep capability in customer segmentation, commercial service marketing, and synthesizing customer and stakeholder insights into action. Leadership & Influence: Exceptional leadership skills, a relentless curiosity, and the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and influence at all levels. Communication: Outstanding, clear, and articulate communication skills-able to distill large initiatives into compelling, actionable direction for diverse audiences. Advocacy: Demonstrated ability to be a high-energy advocate internally and externally for customers, partners, and teams. #LI-AR Below is the base pay range for this full-time position. The actual base pay will depend on several factors unique to each candidate, including one's skills, qualifications, and experience. At 10x, base pay is also just one component of the Company's total compensation package. This role is also eligible for 10x's equity grants, its comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs, and its annual bonus program or sales incentive program.
