The Talent Management Specialist plays a key role in shaping and sustaining our culture by designing and delivering programs that foster engagement, growth, and loyalty across the associate experience. This role champions our Culture Cornerstones and supports strategic initiatives that build a vibrant, high-performing workplace.

You'll lead efforts that bring our values to life - from onboarding and recognition to culture-building activities and DISC facilitation - all while helping associates feel connected, supported, and inspired to grow.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic talent initiatives that reflect Simmons Bank's Culture Cornerstones.

  • Design, implement, and manage recognition and rewards programs that build loyalty and drive engagement.

  • Facilitate onboarding experiences that welcome new associates and reinforce our culture.

  • Master and lead DISC personality assessment sessions to promote team collaboration and self-awareness.

  • Coordinate Simmons Service Month and other culture-building events across the footprint.

  • Partner with Marketing to develop creative, high-impact communications that drive associate engagement.

  • Plan and execute large-scale events, managing logistics and volunteer coordination.

  • Forecast and manage budgets aligned with talent strategy and business goals.

  • Coordinate volunteers for culture activities across Simmons footprint

  • Analyze engagement survey data to identify opportunities for cultural growth and improved associate experience.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree is required; a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum of two years of experience in human resources, program management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams is preferred.

  • Experience in curriculum development and/or facilitation is preferred.
