Reporting to HR Operations Leadership, this individual contributor role focuses on optimizing HR processes, leveraging Workday capabilities, and implementing innovative solutions including AI technology to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Process Improvement & Innovation 
 Lead continuous improvement projects to streamline HR processes and increase efficiencyConduct process analysis to identify automation opportunities and eliminate inefficienciesFacilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and solve HR operational challengesDevelop metrics to track process improvements and demonstrate business impactChampion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across HR operations Operational Excellence & Employee Experience  
 Drive operational excellence initiatives that eliminate inefficiencies and reduce administrative burden across HR functionsStreamline end-to-end HR service delivery to ensure seamless and positive employee experiencesDesign and implement employee journey mapping to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancementPartner with HR operations and shared services teams to standardize processes and improve service qualityDevelop and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and operational metrics to ensure consistent deliveryLead initiatives to simplify HR policies, procedures, and communications for better employee understandingCreate feedback mechanisms to continuously gather employee input and measure satisfaction with HR servicesChampion employee-centric design principles in all HR technology and process implementationsEstablish best practices for case management and employee issue resolutionDrive automation of routine HR transactions to free up time for strategic, high-value interactions Workday Functional Support 
 Serve as a Workday HCM functional expert, understanding system capabilities and opportunitiesProvide business requirements and feedback to the HRIS team for system enhancementsPartner with HRIS on testing and validation of Workday updates and new functionalitySupport Workday adoption through training, documentation, and user enablementIdentify opportunities to better leverage Workday features for improved user experience HR Business Partner Collaboration 
 Partner with HR Business Partners to understand operational pain points and business needsTranslate business requirements into scalable solutions and standardized processesSupport change management for new processes and HR initiatives AI & Technology Implementation 
 Research and recommend AI-powered solutions to enhance HR processesDevelop use cases for generative AI and automation in HR operationsPartner with technology teams to pilot and implement AI toolsCreate training materials and guidance on new HR technologies Required Qualifications 
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3+ years of HR experience with focus on operations, process improvement, or technology3+ years working with Workday HCM as a functional userExperience leading process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholdersProject management experience managing multiple initiativesUnderstanding of HR operations and service delivery best practices Preferred Qualifications

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
