| Overview 
 
 The Senior Technical Product Owner will lead an agile team focused on building digital experiences to shape digital journeys that support Tactile Medical devices and therapies. This highly visible role will collaborate with leadership to understand the digital product needs and turn those insights into actionable tasks for the engineering team while maintaining the product vision and strategy. Your role will focus on managing product roadmaps and releases, defining product focus and features, and leading execution with the technical teams to bring digital products to life.  Lead an agile team as Product Owner to define, design and implement digital experiences that support and drive business outcomesCollaborate with product managers and marketing to set an ambitious product vision, clearly communicating to stakeholders and the engineering teamWork across the organization to create and maintain communication channels to develop product requirements and build visibility to solutions for feedbackDefine user personas and contribute to journeys by building workflows and wireframes to support the digital experienceReview customer data to identify common traits and behaviors, create experiments to test and validate resultsUnderstand the tech stack and how the tools work together to deliver product in alignment with the technical roadmapReview and contribute to the development of the technical roadmap to support platform enhancements and improvementsDrive sprint and market release plans with the Scrum Master, through planning, execution and demo, utilizing ceremonies and tools as appropriateMaintain compliance with all appropriate standards and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and cybersecurityOther duties as assigned Qualifications
 
 
 Education & ExperienceRequired:
 
 Bachelor's Degree in software, engineering or related field5+ years of relevant Product Owner building digital experiences within medical device or consumer health solutions5+ years of proven leadership experience to include managing a mix of employees and consultantsExtensive practical experience and understanding of app and/or web design, app development andmaintenance, information architecture, web content strategy, usability and accessibility anduser experience designFluency in Mobile and/or Web technology, including front-end technology, back-end technologyThis role requires experience working with Saleforce and Salesforce Implementation Preferred: Knowledge & Skills 
 Particularly adept at effective communication with app developers, user designers, data engineers, system architects and firmware teams but also equally adept at communicating with those with a non-technical backgroundStrong ownership with a leadership mindset, able to adapt and thrive in ambiguous or uncertain environmentsAbility to set strategy and follow through on tactical implementation and execution of initiativesProven success developing product roadmaps, requirements and user experiencesDemonstrated ability to lead business initiatives to a successful result, using resources effectively and efficientlySelf-directed, internally motivated and driven Below is the starting salary range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience.
 
 $100,500 - $150,675
