What We Are Looking For We're hiring an experienced Director of Estimating to join our Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. team and report directly to the CEO. You will lead our estimating function across diverse sectors, including energy, power generation, heavy construction, disaster recovery, and environmental projects. In this strategic leadership role, you will shape Ceres Global' s growth by steering estimating excellence, guiding complex bids, and fostering alignment between estimating, operations, and executive leadership.
