As a Security Officer - Armed Patrol Bank in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer, where you'll be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas within financial institution locations. In this visible role, you'll help to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to those you interact with. Pay Rate: $28.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at financial institution locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting employees and visitors as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious behavior.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and promptly report security-related incidents or hazards according to site protocols.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and/or emergency responders as required during incidents or emergencies.
• Prepare detailed reports on security-related incidents, daily activities, and any observations relevant to the assignment.
• Follow all site-specific protocols related to carrying firearms, maintaining weapon compliance at all times while on duty.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
