As a Security Professional - Financial Lobby Monitor in INDIANAPOLIS, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a renowned financial institution, you will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors and assisting employees while monitoring access control. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence and managing badge protocols in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. Pay Rate: $18.36 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and/or authorization of visitors and employees.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Control entry and exit points, assisting with visitor and employee check-ins and check-outs.
• Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, notifying the proper personnel as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities and/or incidents as required by site procedures.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with all individuals at the location, representing Allied Universal at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
