Description Leidos is seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Task Order Manager (DTOM) to join our team to support the National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC IV). This role provides support to multiple Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) program areas within the Environmental Occupational Safety and Health (EOSH) domain both locally and nationally. In this key leadership role, the primary objectives are to help the FAA identify agency risks, enhance safety, and achieve compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations, as well as support environmental restoration initiatives and to ensure a safe, sustainable workplace for FAA personnel and stakeholders. The DTOM will perform a variety of activities on behalf of the EOSH Services Group, AJW-23, to support adjacent stakeholder organizations (AJW-24, AJW-25, AJW-260, and others) in advancing safety and environmental protection initiatives, conduct data analysis, generate technical reports, and lead site inspections/investigations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance. In addition, collaborate with FAA leaders, engineers, and environmental specialists to develop strategies that enhance program performance and mitigate agency risk. The position plays a key role in advancing EOSH program elements that promote workplace safety, environmental protection, and continuous improvement across FAA operations. Primary Responsibilities Areas of Focus The (DTOM) will play a key leadership role in supporting the overall management of all NISC Environmental, Occupational Safety and Health (EOSH) Team task orders. These task orders span a wide range of subject areas, including Environmental and Occupational Safety, Budget and Finance, Air Traffic Control, Configuration Management, and other FAA operational and technical programs.
