Provide leadership and management direction to a team of Property Field Adjusters. Direct conformity with the terms of each policy and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, established standards, and procedures of the company. You will report to a senior manager, adjusting services.
In this primarily field-based role, you will spend 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working in the field in Texas or Oklahoma. On occasion you may be asked to travel to an office location for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events. #LI-Remote Position Compensation Range: $86,000.00 - $142,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.
