Pay: $23/hour

Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday

What You'll Do Each Day



  • Manage and process missing timecards (PWA's) in the HR system
  • Audit timecards for accuracy and follow up with supervisors as needed
  • Collaborate closely with HR and payroll departments to ensure timely entries and updates
  • Conduct research and resolve administrative discrepancies without waiting for instructions
  • Communicate professionally via email with supervisors and HR staff
  • Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks and reporting

  • Minimum 1 year of recent administrative experience (HR or payroll support preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (testing required)
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
  • Able to sit for periods with occasional standing as needed
