Summary:
The Lead Carpenter - MCH role performs routine tasks in the construction, maintenance, and repair of hospital facilities and is responsible for coordinating and assigning daily work. This role is responsible for training and scheduling of team members to ensure off shift coverage as needed. Performs construction renovations and modifications to existing areas including the building of new furniture and cabinetry.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Vocational or Trade education preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Valid Driver's License required.
  3. Experience: Three years of experience in construction services trades required.
