Pay | $22 per hour

Schedules Available | 1st shift and 2nd shift

Key Responsibilities:



  • Set up, operate, and adjust production equipment to meet product specifications and ensure consistent quality.
  • Monitor machinery and product output, troubleshooting issues and maintaining efficient operation.
  • Follow recipes, batch instructions, and record production data accurately.
  • Perform regular quality checks, report deviations, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain compliance with USDA food safety and company safety standards.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and production teams to support daily goals and process improvements.
  • Propose and assist with efficiency improvements and production reporting.
  • Train and guide new operators to ensure team success.




Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (food industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of USDA food safety standards and California state regulations.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
