Description As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring smooth operations across enterprise systems and applications. What You'll Do * Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and tickets (average 17-35 calls per day). * Provide support for O365, SharePoint, and other enterprise applications. * Gain hands-on experience with Salesforce (customized for the organization) and legacy systems like CAP. * Complete a structured onboarding process: 1 week of training, followed by shadowing and gradual transition to independent work. Key Responsibilities * Diagnose and resolve PC hardware/software and telephone issues. * Fulfill service requests using approved solutions. * Perform provisioning tasks: * Install and configure software on PCs. * Troubleshoot hardware/software problems. * Maintain and update hardware tracking database. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Appleton, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
