Enablement Manager, Sr.

Infor
United States, Texas, Dallas
14555 Dallas Parkway (Show on map)
Nov 02, 2025

The Regional Partner Enablement Manager (RPEM), Americas, leads the regional execution of partner enablement across the Americas-primarily North America with coverage for LATAM- to equip Infor's partner ecosystem to sell, deliver, and support Infor solutions.

The RPEM activates enablement in-region by connecting partners to what's available and driving usage of training, certifications/credentials, learning paths and programs, and benefits (vouchers, ILT credits). The role coordinates regional rollouts with Global Program Enablement Managers. They track progress, surface gaps, and route feedback and data back to global owners for refinement.

The role also supports Partner Managers and Channel Managers in-region across Enterprise (source/co-sell) and SMB (channel/resell) motions and may coordinate with select GSIs. This includes helping partners complete and execute enablement business plans.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

  • Program delivery and awareness: drive adoption of current enablement. Maintain the regional calendar, portal pages and articles, and comms. Make sure partners know what's available now.
  • Regional stakeholder alignment: sync with Sales Leadership, Partner Managers, Channel Managers, Services, Product, and Education. Confirm roles, handoffs, and timelines.
  • Strategic partner coverage: prioritize top partners and in-flight deals. Run touchpoints and action lists to move enablement forward.
  • Partner business plans: guide enablement plans with partners. Align goals, milestones, and responsibilities. Track execution.
  • Reporting and QBRs: maintain regional dashboards for readiness, credentials/authorizations, and release training. Prepare QBR inputs and callouts. Highlight risks and asks/questions.
  • Partner support and escalations: triage enablement issues. Route to owners. Drive to resolution.
  • Private ILT and workshops: coordinate requests, scheduling, and readiness for regional cohorts.
  • Feedback loop: capture partner needs, content gaps, and release-readiness issues. Share structured input with Global Program Enablement for refinement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience working with partner enablement, channel programs, sales or delivery enablement, or adjacent GTM roles.
  • Experience activating programs in-region and driving adoption with partners (not just creating content.)
  • Stakeholder management experience across Partner Managers, Channel leaders, Services, Product, and Education.
  • Experience communicating information including sharing presentations to internal and external audiences.
  • Program and project management skills with the experience running calendars, cohorts and deadline.

  • Experience working in LMS environments and credential/authorization frameworks.
  • Issue triage and escalation management experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel), plus Power BI for reporting.
  • Experience working with global teams and supporting global partners - focus on U.S. and LATAM time zones and travel in-region as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience prioritizing a partner portfolio with account/territory plans (Americas focus.)
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with defined timelines (e.g. MEDDPICC), sales academies, or role-based learning programs.
  • Experience with delivery enablement models including partner certification, co-delivery and shadowing programs, or implementation methodologies.
  • Experience with PRM/CRM, ideally Salesforce PRM, for partner tracking and reporting.
