Position Summary
Join the Cardiology Data Science team and play a key role in turning healthcare data into actionable insights that drive better patient care and outcomes. This role supports departmental decision-making by aggregating, analyzing, and reporting on clinical, quality, patient, and financial data within a complex health system. The ideal candidate brings handson experience working in a hospital or health system environment and has strong operational knowledge of healthcare workflows, clinical quality metrics, and performance improvement initiatives. This position is well suited for an inquisitive, self-starting problem solver who enjoys digging into data, improving processes, and supporting quality initiatives. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining reports and analytical tools across clinical and financial systems, supporting departmental reporting needs, and providing data and administrative support to the Director of Heart Center Quality Improvement, including ad hoc analytical requests. Minimum qualifications Education:
Schedule: 40 hours weekly, Monday- Friday, hours between 8 am and 5pm. Hybrid, requiring at least 1x a week onsite in Boston, MA The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
