 Position Summary: Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them. In the Project Manager - DSMI position, you'll lead cross-functional teams to launch innovative products that serve the unique needs of the long-term care market. You'll own the execution of multiple product development initiatives from concept through market launch, collaborating with engineering, sourcing, and marketing to bring differentiated, tech-enabled solutions to life. What You'll Do and Impact:  
 Manage 10-15 concurrent projects, each with $200K-$2M in annual revenue impact Lead cross-functional teams of 4-6 to launch new products on time and under budget Partner with engineering, sourcing, and marketing to deliver product solutions to market Collaborate with lines of business to increase technology-driven innovation and lifecycle support Create and gain alignment on project scopes, plans, and timelines Proactively monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes Manage project scope and lead scope change efforts as needed Foster team accountability, identify performance gaps, and collaborate with functional leaders to address issues Champion process efficiency, leveraging AI and digital tools to improve outcomes  
 
Experience: 
 Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business Management, Business Administration, or International Business 3+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain Demonstrated use of AI in a professional setting Experience with Waterfall and Sprint methodologies Use of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or Planview PPM Pro Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities Ability to travel up to 10%
