You will partner across the organization embed learning, build communities, measure outcomes and transform our ways of working.

The Technology Enablement Leader drives our technology enablement program, designed to maximize the adoption and usage of our technology and foster a culture of learning, sharing, and collaboration throughout the firm. The outcome of this program and your leadership is a future-forward, tech-savvy, and AI-first organization.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the technology-enablement strategy, aligned with your firm's broader digital, AI and transformation roadmap.
  • Drive adoption of emerging technologies across the firm, including AI. Act as the bridge between business, operations and IT: translate business goals into enablement programs (tools, training, adoption campaigns) and feedback user insights into technology roadmap.
  • Build and lead a roadmap of enablement initiatives: e.g., rollout of new platforms, AI/ML tools, automation, analytics, self-service technology, change in ways of working.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure adoption, engagement, proficiency and value-realization of technology investments.
  • Oversee development of enablement assets: training programs, user guides, knowledge hubs, playbooks, and our learning Guilds.
  • Partner with technology owners (e.g., ERP, CRM, AI platforms, automation tools) and vendor/solution teams to coordinate enablement timing, communications, and integration with business workflows.
  • Drive a culture of tech curiosity, digital literacy, experimentation, encourage changes in mindset ("AI-first", not just "let's use the new tool").
  • Provide coaching and development to Technology Enablement team members to help them meet job expectations, contributing to career path discussion led by senior leaders.
  • Work with analytics/data/design teams to extract insights on technology usage, adoption drop-off, pain-points; use those insights to iterate programs.
  • Support communication of technology adoption vision to executive stakeholders and employees, making explicit ties between technology adoption and firm objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science, or related field. Master's or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology enablement, digital adoption, change management or related roles, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Proven track record of driving adoption of enterprise technology tools and measuring business outcomes.
  • Experience in change management and training delivery at scale.
  • Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills: able to influence senior leadership, work cross-functionally, manage vendor/partner relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exposure to analytics & data-driven culture: ability to interpret usage data, derive insights, recommend next actions.
  • Ability to influence, inspire, and motivate others.
  • Comfortable in a technology-rich environment: familiarity with enterprise platforms, digital tools, analytics, and ideally exposure to AI/ML/automation initiatives.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • We appreciate talent from all over the United States and are willing to consider candidates who may not be located near a Crowe office location for this role/opening.
