Schedule: 40 hours/week; Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Earn $20.20/hour

Position Details

The Administrative Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our outpatient mental health program. This position is responsible for overseeing administrative functions, supporting clinical and outpatient services, and maintaining compliance with financial, safety, and operational standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage psychiatrist and provider schedules to ensure optimal coverage and client access.
• Oversee open access days, including verifying insurance, addressing billing issues, and ensuring smooth client intake.
• Maintain all billing records and financial documentation for the site and assist with accounts receivable and insurance processing.
• Manage client discharges and complete the HIG (Health Information Group) process in a timely and accurate manner.
• Oversee building maintenance, manage deliveries and mail, and ensure the facility is well-stocked by ordering necessary supplies.
• Conduct monthly safety rounds and participate in scheduled safety meetings to uphold a safe and compliant environment.
