  • Support data stewardship activities by facilitating ownership assignments, resolving data quality issues, and promoting accountability across domains.

Generative AI Enablement

  • Lead the implementation of metadata strategies that support GenAI use cases, including chatbot integration, document summarization, and intelligent search.
  • Collaborate with AI and data engineering teams to synchronize SharePoint metadata with Azure Logic Apps and other automation tools.
  • Support testing and rollout of chat sync features and ensure SharePoint serves as a reliable source of truth for AI-driven document retrieval.

Training, Governance, and Change Management

  • Develop and deliver training for content owners and stakeholders on SharePoint best practices, metadata tagging, and governance workflows.
  • Establish and lead governance committees to review and evolve SharePoint usage policies, metadata standards, and Collibra catalog practices.
