Job Title: Business Analyst - One CallLocation: CityScapeWhat you'll do: As a Business Analyst you'll be responsible for supporting systems, processes, procedures, products, and services. You'll drive operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and provide high-level analytical insights to support data-driven decision-making. across our supported lines of business. As an analyst in this role, you will collaborate closely with team members, cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure business initiatives align with organizational strategy while fostering continuous improvement.The OneCall Business Analyst will lead the analysis and resolution of complex operational challenges across the organization. This position provides on-demand expertise in banking and deposit operations, serving as a specialist in FIS systems, processes, deposit products and services, legal and entity documentation. The analyst ensures seamless bank-wide support, proactive monitoring, and responsive internal customer service, while maintaining operational accuracy, efficiency, and a high standard of service delivery.
