Required Skills * Availability for a strictly on-site, 1-week project from 11/16 to 11/21 * Must own composite or steel-toed boots (required for site access) * Proven experience providing technical support for Office365 applications (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, outdoor construction site environment * Basic understanding of network connectivity and mobile device support * Comfortable navigating active construction zones (outdoor); other PPE will be provided Job Duties * Provide on-site technical support for Office365 applications including Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for site personnel * Configure and support email accounts, mobile devices, and user access permissions * Set up and maintain Microsoft Teams for meetings and collaboration * Document support activities, user issues, and resolutions clearly and accurately * Collaborate with remote IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems * Ensure all IT equipment is functioning properly in a dynamic, outdoor construction environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Burnet, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
