Job Title: IT Support Technician (On-Site) Location: Burnet, TX 78611 Duration: 1 Week (Nov 17-21, 2025) Pay Rate: $25-$35/hr Overview: We're looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to provide on-site technical assistance at an active construction site. This short-term role is perfect for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting Office365 tools in dynamic environments. Key Responsibilities: * Configure and troubleshoot email accounts (Outlook) * Manage SharePoint access and permissions * Set up and support Microsoft Teams functionality * Provide general guidance and issue resolution for Office365 applications * Document support activities and escalate complex issues to remote IT teams Qualifications: * Proven experience with Office365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) * Strong problem-solving and communication skills * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment * Basic understanding of network connectivity and mobile device support (preferred) * Must own steel toe boots (required for site access) * Reliable transportation and valid ID for onboarding Additional Details: * PPE provided by the company * Remote training on Sunday, Nov 16; on-site work Nov 17-21 * Great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a unique setting Workplace Type: On-site only Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Burnet, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
