Responsibilities Full-Time IT Coordinator Opportunity! Join the team in our state of the art 132 bed behavioral health facility! This full-time opportunity offers 40 hours per week with full benefits. Some Job Duties: Instrumental in managing any software/hardware projects. Engages in software development projects. Nurtures development of intranet site. Educates departmental directors on other ways they can use the technology available to increase productivity. Assists employees with printer, PC, phone, and badge issues Repairs equipment Updates workstations hardware and software effectively and timely. Installs new equipment with appropriate peripherals and software to staff. Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment Monitors work order system for specific daily tasks Maintains all IM-IS policies. Orders computer equipment to maintain compliance. Previous experience with LAN/WAN and support of computer and communications hardware is required. Knowledge of analog, digital, and VOIP phone systems is preferred. Pleasant upbeat demeanor and a positive attitude Exceptional interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated experience in building strong customer relations and providing exceptional customer service with every interaction Ability to mitigate negative customer experiences, as necessary Demonstrated problem solving skills.
