Responsibilities

Full-Time IT Coordinator Opportunity!

Join the team in our state of the art 132 bed behavioral health facility!

This full-time opportunity offers 40 hours per week with full benefits.

Some Job Duties:

  • Instrumental in managing any software/hardware projects.
  • Engages in software development projects.
  • Nurtures development of intranet site.
  • Educates departmental directors on other ways they can use the technology available to increase productivity.
  • Assists employees with printer, PC, phone, and badge issues
  • Repairs equipment
  • Updates workstations hardware and software effectively and timely.
  • Installs new equipment with appropriate peripherals and software to staff.
  • Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Monitors work order system for specific daily tasks
  • Maintains all IM-IS policies.
  • Orders computer equipment to maintain compliance.
  • Trains staff as needed for appropriate hardware and software usage.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in computer related field
  • 4 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Previous experience with LAN/WAN and support of computer and communications hardware is required. Knowledge of analog, digital, and VOIP phone systems is preferred.
  • Pleasant upbeat demeanor and a positive attitude
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in building strong customer relations and providing exceptional customer service with every interaction
  • Ability to mitigate negative customer experiences, as necessary
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.
  • Excellent skills using Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
