Security Officer - Real Estate Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Real Estate Patrol Driver in Sacramento, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct regular patrols throughout commercial real estate locations, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide assistance to tenants, visitors, and staff. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will be a key resource in creating a welcoming atmosphere through exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor the premises for unusual activity and report observations according to company protocols.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and/or monitoring entry points as required.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, following established guidelines and procedures.
• Document security-related incidents and maintain detailed reports as needed.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members to uphold a professional presence at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Primarily driving post is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
