As a Candidate Experience Coordinator (Contractor), you'll be an essential part of that mission-helping us deliver a seamless and thoughtful experience from first contact to final interview.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, working closely with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams to ensure a smooth process

  • Communicate proactively with candidates, providing clear updates and thoughtful guidance throughout their journey

  • Manage candidate travel logistics when needed, including flights, accommodations, and reimbursements

  • Maintain accuracy in Workiva's Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and Gem CRM

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to improve processes and elevate the overall candidate experience

  • Support ad hoc recruiting projects and initiatives as needed

What You'll Need:

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher

  • Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar applicant tracking systems

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail

  • Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize multiple tasks, and thrive in a dynamic environment

Working Conditions & Travel Requirements

  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office

How You'll Be Rewarded

Salary range in the US: $21.50 - $32.00

A discretionary bonus typically paid annually

Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire

401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
