The Director of Private Equity Partnerships will lead and expand a new and growing Private Equity (PE) focus at Workiva. This role will drive Workiva's engagement with the world's leading Private Equity firms-onboarding new partnerships, deepening existing relationships, and developing scalable value-creation programs working closely with product, sales and marketing teams that deliver measurable impact across PE portfolios. The ideal candidate combines executive presence, partnership execution excellence, and an ability to translate strategy into results - driving sourced pipeline growth, accelerating adoption across portfolio companies, and strengthening Workiva's position as the leading platform for financial reporting, sustainability and compliance within the private equity ecosystem. This involves initiating, cultivating and sustaining relationships with partner executives and sales leaders that result in a highly effective partnership delivering material impact to both the partner and Workiva. How You'll Be Rewarded On Target Earnings (OTE) range in the US: 222,000.00 - 357,000.00 USD AnnualEligible for commission based on sales performance Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
