Greet and assist clients in person with professionalism and warmth Manage incoming phone calls and client intake with accuracy and care Maintain organized email communication and scheduling Support general administrative tasks around the office Assist with seasonal projects, including sorting and coordinating holiday gifts Collaborate with Pilot and other team members to ensure smooth office operations We're looking for a professional, organized, and personable individual to join our team as an Administrative Front Desk Coordinator. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both clients and staff. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Steamboat Springs, CO. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.38/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
