Job Title: Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B Developer Hiring Location:Bangalore Experience Range: 6 to 10 years of total experience, with a minimum of 3-4 years in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud. About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering cutting-edge B2B e-commerce solutions, leveraging the full power of the Salesforce Platform (Lightning Experience, LWC, Apex). You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing commerce experiences. This position requires deep technical expertise, a strong understanding of B2B commerce intricacies, and the ability to lead and mentor other developers. Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Architecture
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Design and develop secure, high-performance Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, PIM, OMS, Payment Gateways, etc.).
- Development & Implementation
- Build custom functionalities and integrations using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flow.
- Configure and implement B2B Commerce features such as account management, pricing, and self-service portals.
- Manage product catalogs, pricing, promotions, and merchandising within B2B Commerce.
- Integration
- Develop robust integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
- Maintain data integrity and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
- Quality & Performance
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and support UAT.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues.
- Optimize application performance and user experience.
- Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and process improvement initiatives.
- Documentation & Communication
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and B2B commerce trends.
Must Have Skills:
- 6+ years of overall Salesforce development experience.
- Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud (Lightning Experience).
- Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce B2B Commerce features (accounts, price books, catalogs, orders, quotes, entitlements).
- Proficiency in integration technologies - REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and ideally MuleSoft.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript ES6+).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an Agile setup.
Good to Have Skills:
- Salesforce Certified B2B Commerce Developer.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities).
- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ integration.
- Exposure to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
