You Are: UST HealthProof is searching for a highly motivated Upgrade Project Manager to join our team. The Upgrade Project Manager position will work to support Platform Upgrades for Health Plans under the general supervision of the Sr. Manager - Product Upgrades. The Project Manager will be responsible for independently leading and managing the successful delivery of upgrades projects for assigned clients. This role will combine technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry to ensure the seamless upgrade projects. The Opportunity: * Lead cross-functional project teams to plan, execute, and deliver platform application upgrades within scope, budget, and timeline. * Develop and maintain comprehensive upgrade plan, schedules, and resources that account for technical compatibility and testing for existing integration & product suite such as ODS, EPlus, etc. * Work closely with Healthedge, clients and internal onshore/offshore teams to define upgrade requirements, scope, and deliverables. * Promptly report any issue identified by our testing team or client to Healthedge. Prioritize open issues/defects with Healthedge to get the fix deployed for testing. * Understand the technical architecture and components of the HRP application to effectively manage the upgrade process. * Collaborate with technical teams & product SMEs to ensure that upgrades are deployed smoothly, and any technical challenges are addressed promptly. * Work closely with Test Leads to build comprehensive test plan for new version being deployed. * Lead daily standups to ensure the plan is on track; establish path-to-green for blockers identified that may disrupt the plan. * Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and work with clients to ensure their daily workflows and SOPs are not impacted with new version of application. * Manage defect resolution processes and ensuring that all identified issues are addressed before production upgrade. * Provide regular updates to clients, project teams, and leadership on the progress of upgrades. * Promptly escalate to manager & internal leadership for timely resolution of open defects that may impact Go-Live date for production upgrade. * Work closely with TechOps and Implementation teams, ensuring business operations and SLAs are not interrupted due to upgrades. This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required. What You Need: * Bachelor's degree in a related field. * Minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager working with technology, experience with HealthEdge products preferred. * Strong communication skills are required to understand, interpret, and communicate ideas. * Strong knowledge and use of existing software packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.). * Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. * Testing experience is a plus. * Ability to effectively interface with employees at all levels. * Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. * Demonstrated track record of generating results and having an impact on organizations. * Strong focus and drive to serve the client. * Experience working and coordinating with multiple vendors. * Ability to work in a high-paced environment. * Ability to consistently exceed deadlines. Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST HealthProof provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below. Role Location: Remote Compensation Range: $120,000 - $140,000 Benefits Full-time, regular employees accrue up to 16 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses. Certain regular employees may have the potential for quarterly incentive-based bonuses and or commissions depending on role. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico. Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year). All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
