Junior Formulation Scientist, Cosmetics

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java Spring Boot, React, AWS ECS, DynamoDB, and CI/CD pipelines, along with a solid understanding of monitoring tools like Splunk and Datadog for root cause analysis and health checks

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java Spring Boot.
* Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js.
* Deploy and manage microservices on AWS ECS and integrate with DynamoDB.
* Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS Code Pipeline, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
* Write and maintain Groovy-based unit and integration tests.
* Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments and infrastructure automation.
* Perform root cause analysis using Splunk and Datadog to troubleshoot production issues.
* Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
* Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.
* Conduct A/B testing using Split.io to validate feature impact and optimize user experience.

Required Skills & Experience :

* 5+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
* Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
* Hands-on experience with AWS services including ECS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch.
* Experience with CI/CD tools like AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
* Familiarity with Groovy for writing unit tests. * Proficient in using GitHub for version control and collaboration.
* Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk and Datadog.
* Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker).
* Experience with A/B testing platforms like Split.io.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Knowledge of other frontend frameworks or mobile development is a plus.
