Outpatient Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Are you a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner looking to make a meaningful impact in outpatient mental health care? Willow Springs Center has been serving patients and their families through comprehensive integrated treatment since 1988. We are a subsidiary of Universal Health Services. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborative treatment planning for a diverse outpatient population. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to holistic, evidence-based care. * Conduct psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans * Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications * Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed * Licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Nevada * Master's or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program * DEA license and prescriptive authority * Experience in outpatient psychiatry preferred * Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills Apply today and be part of a mission-driven team that's redefining mental health care.
